To continue as a REC Member, MercuryHR must undertake a bi-annual test of its legal knowledge and application of this. We are proud to say we have just passed with flying GREEN colours our REC membership assessment!
The test is quite tough for a REC Member, testing our knowledge and application of REC Code of Conduct, Contract Law and Conduct Regulations in terms of providing Agency and Permanent Staffing solutions as a REC Member.

You have successfully achieved a percentage of at least 80% and have answered all the Red Flag questions, if relevant, correctly. Your score has now been recorded against your organisation record.”
“As an REC Member you will now be required to complete the online Compliance Test every two years to demonstrate your commitment to professional standards.”
